Dance Fusion is a dance-based workout class. It is one of the most efficient and fun workouts – it burns a ton of calories while you shake your hips, shimmy your shoulders and learn easy dance moves from salsa to swing and tango. And there are plenty of strength building moves too.

One of them wore her heart monitor the other day and clocked in at the maximum heart rate of 176 and burnt over 700 calories in this one-hour class. She would have had to jog for 90 minutes to burn the same amount of calories.
