Our goal at WHYM is to foster a social environment where people can have a good time while exercising, gaining new skills and sharing the experience with a community of like minded individuals.

Our Approach

Our private ballroom lessons are tailored to your needs and interests-take it as far as you would like. It would be our pleasure to guide you to your dancing goal-whether it is to simply exercise, dance at your child’s wedding or maybe show your skills at a national competition. The patterns we teach will allow you to establish a connection with your partner – the rest is up to you.

Our group dance classes are a great way to practice your skills and meet new friends.  And to round off your wellness experience at WHYM, we offer a variety of group exercise programs such as Dance Fusion, strength and balance instruction.
