Rent our studio for your next event

Our studio space is ideal for social gatherings.

Large windows and bright colors are great for daytime events. Spot lights and disco ball are great for evening festivities. Chocolate hardwood floor is designed for dancing.  The main ballroom is 3,000 square feet. We also have a private ballroom, which can serve as a separate room for the kids or cozier events.

And if you’d like, we can teach a fun dance class or entertain your guests with a professional ballroom performance.

We offer flexible rates and hours. Audio equipment is provided for no additional charge.

    Hello,
    I am inquiring about renting your facility for an event on August 11, 2011. I am an Event Designer and I am planning a Masquerade Ball Graduation Party for my client, We are expecting around 100 guests and I have a few questions. What is the cost to rent the space and are we permitted to bring in a caterer as well as bartender? We are also looking to hire ballroom dancers to perform. The party will be form 7PM to 1AM. Any information you can offer would be appreciated. thank you.

    Thank you for your interest! Saturday, August 11, 2012 is available. 100 people would be fine and you are welcome to bring a caterer and a bar tenderer. And of course, we are happy to do a performance for you and if you’d like, we could teach a fun group dance class for your guests. We will need to discuss your seating arrangement plans. If we need to have tables/chairs for 100 people, we’ll need to arrange it in a way that would leave enough room for dancing/performance.

    The rental cost is $300 for your event (6 hours) and we ask for a $500 deposit (fully refundable, of course, if you leave the space the way you found it).
