Dance Fusion

We take dance aerobics to the new level!  This class fuses together almost all music styles to provide you a sweaty all-body workout while learning some fun dance moves.

Yoga

This all-levels class moves you from pose to pose using the energy of your breath.  It will challenge your strength, balance and previous assumptions that yoga means stretching followed by falling asleep on your mat …although we get to do that too.

Personal Training

Your private session will be tailored to your specific needs – it can focus on strength, cardiovascular health, balance, flexibility or all of the above.

    Hi Deborah

    Thank you for your interest. To answer your question – our classes accomodate yoga practitioners of all levels. Our teachers always provide additional assistance to newer students and offer more challenging options to seasoned yogies. We do have an introductory class – it’s every Tuesday at 10:45.
